PHDREAM’s Terms & Conditions

01. General Terms

PHDREAM, which you can access through phdream.skin, is an online gaming platform that operates under an international gaming license. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between PHDREAM and each user of the site.

Whenever you use any PHDREAM service, whether you are registering, playing a game, making a deposit, or requesting a withdrawal, you are confirming that you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. 02. Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on PHDREAM, you need to satisfy the requirements below. Registering with false or misleading information may cause your account to be closed at any time, and your balance can be forfeited.

Who Can Register

• Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid mobile number and a working email address are required.
• You must provide your true legal name and accurate personal information.
• You need to agree to all PHDREAM Terms and Conditions before you can register.
• You must also agree to follow PHDREAM's responsible gaming policy.

One Account Per Player

Each member may register only one PHDREAM account. If the same individual or members of the same household are found to be running multiple accounts, especially from one device or IP address, PHDREAM may close all accounts involved.

KYC Verification

KYC verification becomes mandatory once your withdrawal request goes beyond the threshold set by PHDREAM. You will see the exact amount and required steps in the cashier before you confirm the withdrawal.

• When KYC is required, please submit a clear scan or photo of a valid government-issued ID or your passport. PHDREAM will review your documents before your withdrawal is processed.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

All payments on PHDREAM are handled through a secure cashier system. You can deposit and withdraw via supported e-wallet and online banking channels, and every transaction is covered by the platform's terms and conditions. Only players who are at least 21 years old may use these features.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit for each transaction is ₱100.
• The maximum deposit is ₱500,000 per day.
• Deposits are normally credited to your account within 5 to 10 minutes.
• Deposits made from a third-party account are not accepted.
• PHDREAM does not add any extra fees when you make a deposit.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal is ₱500.
• The maximum withdrawal is ₱200,000 per day.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours.
• If you have an active bonus, your withdrawal may be blocked until the related requirements are satisfied.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to the payment method registered to your PHDREAM account.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

Before claiming any bonus or promotion on PHDREAM, read the specific terms carefully. Each offer may have its own conditions, and only eligible players aged 21 and above can participate. Please always play responsibly.

Welcome Bonus

New players can enjoy a welcome bonus on their first deposit, such as the first deposit free bonus that goes up to ₱10,888. To withdraw the bonus, you have to complete the wagering requirement stated in the offer. If the wagering is not finished within 30 days, the bonus will be cancelled.

General Bonus Usage Rules

• Every bonus comes with a specific wagering multiplier, usually between 10x and 30x.
• Your own deposited funds will be used first before the bonus amount is available for play.
• Not all games contribute to bonus wagering, so always check the game eligibility table.
• You cannot claim another bonus while a current bonus is still active.

Bonus Cancellation Reasons

• Claiming the same bonus using multiple accounts is a valid reason for cancellation.

06 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack, phish, or carry out cyber attacks on the platform.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using auto-betting bots, scripts, or any other automated software in games.
• Forming dishonest agreements with other players to rig or manipulate game results.
• Making unauthorized use of the PHDREAM brand, logo, or other trademarked elements.
• Gathering or misusing the personal data belonging to other members.
• Searching for, probing, or exploiting weaknesses in the PHDREAM system.

What Happens After You Close Your Account

Any remaining valid balance in your account, excluding bonuses, will be returned within seven business days after account closure. However, if your account was closed due to a violation of the rules, that balance may be confiscated.

• If you keep using the service after the changes have been applied, your continued use will be treated as acceptance of the new terms.
• If you disagree with the updated terms, you may ask to have your account closed.

• Step 2: If you are unhappy with the support team's decision, the case will be forwarded to management.
• Step 3: The PHDREAM dispute resolution team will review the case within 72 hours.
• Step 4: If a final settlement is not reached, an independent third party may be brought in for mediation.

Deadline for Filing Complaints

If you want to complain about a specific transaction or game result, you must file your complaint within 30 days of the incident. Any complaint made after 30 days will no longer be considered.
